This is one of those silly questions that pop up from time to time because some people refuse to accept that in general, men and women are different. There will always be exceptions to the rule, there will always be that girl in the class that's better at math than most of the boys, but the reason there are so few women in tech has more to do with human nature than any kind of discrimination. The fact is that more often than not, even though the girls are just as capable in math and science as boys, for the most part they don't like those subject.
