I did every thing it said but as soon as I'm about to save the config file it says "Runtime Error 75 Path/File access error"

Runtime error 75 is an easy one..its a vista problem...You need to turn off your UAC controls in vista..just look it up on google and it will tell you what to do..easy fix.
