Thanks Sid. Just tried that and, yes, it does put it on each image - bang in the middle of each one and you loose the facility of moving it. Any thoughts on fixing that. Phil

  Two possibles:
  
  Build an ID plate that has the image offset on a large transparent BG (something like TPI's on my site at LightroomExtra.com )
  
  Or..... wait and hope for a change in a Lightroom point release :)
