How do you uninstall ubuntu and the grub loader? I just want to go back to the windows xp my computer came with!!!

    I hope your installation did not overwrite the Master Boot Record with GRUB. If that didn't happen, then eliminating GRUB and Linux is just a matter of using Windows to reformat the disk drive you created for Linux.

    Then, you can remove the entry for Linux in your Windows bootloader configuration, and you'll be back to where you started, except with another disk drive letter (assuming you reformatted your Linux disk drive into a standard Windows format) showing up in Windows Explorer.
