If the MMP is 2.5 kg, it's heavier than the new MacBooks, which are 2.4 kg, and the last generation of 12-inch iBooks, which were 2.2 kg.

Hi, it's the MkII that's 2.5kg, the MkIII Tablet is actually 1.9Kg - making it the lightest Mac ever.
