i have an ipod shuffle and where the lights are (yellow and green) they keep flashig wat does that mean? i need an reply a.s.a.p

  Had the same problem, I would recommend erasing your songs, starting a clean slate... right click start format to erase all data. (FAT).
  Make sure you have your songs backed up somewhere else of course.
  Download the latest itunes which will also update your ipod. Plug in.
  That should solve the problem.

  hey mister my ipod shuffle doesn't play and when i turn it on it displays a green-yellowish light but it doesn't blink at all...and how can i update the itunes when i dont have any cd? could u help me plz?
