Can someone tell me what is the best and easiest chocolate to shoot melted in a shallow dish

  As a teenager in my later years i have experimented with melting chocolate.
  i have found that personally the one i find most easy to melt down and shoot is dark chocolate.
  
  and incase your wondering the wee at the start of my name is being used in the context of smallness/littlenss
