Just it is text file, not html, and in your filesystem instead of a web server. I have been searching for ways to classified what I read, but I ended up using a blog and tags (WordPress and UTW)

website. You're right about the blog; for now, I use bloxsom, but I've been looking at WordPress because of its tagging abilities.
