I have the same problem, Christmass present - suffle with no sound in headphones. PC+itunes show music files are on the shuffle ... Stand alone no sound in the headphones. Green Light is all the time when not connected to the PC(+switched to play). What is wrong? |

Make sure that the boxes next to the songs that you've copied onto your ipod are checked. Checking the boxes tells the ipod to only select from those songs. If none of them are checked, nothing will play. I had exactly the same problem and that was the fix.

i am having the exact same problems!! xmas prezzie, no sound but always green light. Computer and iTunes recognises it. i intend on taking my ipod to a store to ask them what to do, but if you have found a solution to thie problem please let me no!! if i find out, i will let you no.
