Hack:   The 30-Second Skip
Subject:   "Overlap protection" update killed 30-sec hack?

My Series 2 TiVo just got a service update (7.2.1, Nov 2005) including the new "overlap protection" feature, and I can no longer get the 30-second skip to work. Is it gone? Just moved? I want my 30-second skip back!

    Err, umm, never mind....

    The first five times I tried it, it didn't work, but now it does. Three "chings" for the 30-second skip!
