"My biggest surprise here is that talkbacks didn't rate higher on the list. My personal feeling is that lots of good information appears in this reader-contributed area, and that a complete article is really the original copy plus the talkbacks."

I agree. I have frequently wondered why the Print view doesn't include the talkbacks. Unfortunately, I find I can only get through the dozens of interesting articles I see each week (throughout the O'Reilly Network) if I can kill a few trees to print them out and read them on the subway. (I've recently begun "printing" PDFs, to reduce some of the waste.) I often feel I'm missing out on part of the story by reading the feedback-free print version.

Keep up the great work. Or maybe slow down a bit; you publish too much interesting stuff, and I just can't keep up! :)

Hmmm... I wonder if I can fix that print view function. But if so, that would make a lot more printing for the articles that had a lot of talkbacks. I'm going to think about this some... I'm glad your brought it up.

Comment previewing would also be useful, especially for HTML-stylized text. Thanks!

Apparently my post will go unnoticed, which is another issue I have with making comments here ...
