I've been using the evaluation version of Omnicore CodeGuide Professional 4.0 (http://www.omnicore.com/). It seems to have most of the nice features that the author liked about IDEA. Unfortunately, the price of $300 is a bit steep for the hobbyist. The do have a student and academic license, but no personal-use license.
