Trying to test using a link from index.html to Hello.pl in an adjacent directory, cgi-bin. The script is executable and has execute permissions at three levels. No progress in a couple of weeks! "You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/Hello.pl on this server.". ScriptAlias changes (and Apache restart) don't help.
