Upon trying ./configure I also get: loading site script /usr/local/etc/config.site loading cache ./config.cache checking for gcc... /usr/bin/gcc --traditional-cpp checking whether the C compiler (/usr/bin/gcc --traditional-cpp ) works... no configure: error: installation or configuration problem: C compiler cannot create executables.
