1) Your phones IMEI number (this is a 15 didgit number on the back of your phone, under the battery or on the box. You can also get your IMEI number by typing *#06# into your NOKIA phone.)
2) The provider your phone is locked to.
3) The country the phone was purchased.
4) The make of phone (e.g. Nokia/Samsung/Seimens)
5) The model of phone (e.g. Nokia 3510i /
Panasonic GD50)
6) Your name and e-mail address.
7) any other details
