Okay, so I read the article about Actions in PE3, and it all sounds great... except for the line that says "Run your action." Um... How? I have PE3 for Windows, and I don't see anything, anywhere, that allows me to run actions. Is this hiding somewhere? Please elaborate. Thanks

  Hi, NerdyMomBriggs. Once you install your action as explained in the article, it will show up in the Styles and Effects palette as an Effect. To run, you just double-click the thumbnail, the same way you'd run any Effect.
  
  That's why it's so important to create the thumbnail and delete the caches so that the thumbnail will show. There's no other way to launch your action in PE 3.

  Okay, it's a year after you posted this. I'm a newbie with the same question. But, I still don't get it.
