Thanks for responding. My username is not "me". I just used that to state the probblem. I don't know if Apache is on. I did hit "start" in the web sharing panel. Was that it? I'm using OS 10.1 and browsing with IE 5.1 browser. I know absolutely nothing about how to tell if Apache is on. |

Go to a Terminal, and type "httpd -t". If you see the error message below, then it's a common problem. The URL with more information is also below.
httpd -t
