Two different places, actually. Add the "LoadModule" line as the last of the "LoadModule" lines in your httpd.conf (you should see a good 20 of 'em in a row). The AddModule line follows the same mentality. Look for a bunch of AddModule lines, and add the "AddModule" php line to the end of them.
