I had heard good things about the ATP 60X 1GB SD card. I am at a loss as to explain why my video clips have small hiccups at consistent intervals...Am I missing a trick here....any advice for a rank amateur?

Peace,

Using a generic USB1 card reader to transfer to puter....the files play great to a TV from the card...so I am guessing it has something to do with the transfer method? Any tips appreciated

Hard to say with this. But my guess would be that your computer isn't able to keep up with the MPEG-4 decoding. Do you have an older computer?

I am embarrassed to admit it is an Emachines 533mhz PII. The first time I tried to upload pics in Winblows....connection failed when I pulled the cable from the USB port before going through the USB stop command, apparently installed by the Casio software....hasn't worked since so I have been stuck using a generic USB card reader. I am building a new system and look forward to the problem disappearing......

Why oh WHY couldn't the time string upon which we travel in unison not have forked in favor of Steve Jobs!

        Or even Torvalds!

Because there are a LOT less places in which to hide.

        It's all about control....(dammit)

Well, there you have it! I think your new system will solve your problem :)
