Using Wildcard SSL certificate which cover many subdomains (*.mydomain.com) is a good way to avoid browser side warning. But they can't cover same domain names with different tlds (mydomain.org, mydomain.com).

    SSL wildcard certificates don't work reliably in all browsers, and so their use is not often encouraged.
