You can find the link about 10cm about the button you pressed to leave this comment. Its the link labeled "Official Ruby on Rails home page" which will take you to:
http://www.rubyonrails.com/
However, if you follow along in the tutorial, you don't even need that since the RubyGems package manager is used to automatically downoad and install Rails.
