I am running 10.1.1 [wcostain:~] willardc% httpd -t dyld: httpd Undefined symbols: _apple_hfs_module Seems to be the same as the other guy.

  This is a common problem after updating to 10.1. There's a Apple Knowledge Base article that will explain how to fix it in depth:
