It is clear that you cannot create Interactive Games if you plan to use the d20 System logo license.
It is not clear if it is possible to create an interactive game using the OGL. The license says, "8. Identification: If you distribute Open Game Content You must clearly indicate which portions of the work that you are distributing are Open Game Content".
If you have a binary that implements the rules, and distribute it in binary form, wouldn't you be in violation of the license?
