Dear, Please tell which version of PHP ur using on windows platform.I have solution of ur problem Follow these steps : > check ur php.ini file .in this check dynamic extensions section please uncomment the line extension=php_sockets.dll > secondly now in ur php folder find ext folder copy php_sockets.dll file to ur windows folder and system folder.
