We have gotton Mac OS X 10.3 to auth over PEAP and LEAP to a Cisco ACS server with locally-stored passwords. We've also gotton it to auth over PEAP to the ACS when the ACS authenticates "unknown users" to a backend SecurID server (over RADIUS to its RADIUS front-end, or over SecurID's proprietary protocol). Works great.

Forgot to mention: this was connecting to Cisco AP350 access points, which then talk to the ACS, which then talk to the SecurID server.
