I have tried all the tips. All of it workded well except the Adding Tag Libraries section. When i try to access the welcome.jsp i got an exception 'org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Unable to compile class for JSP' I had copy the $JAVA_HOME/lib/tools.jar from the JDK to the common/lib of tomcat.
