(Excellent article, btw.) While you're fixing typos, how about putting a "What" at the front of the following sentence? <h3>The Installation Script</h3> The disaster recovery plan people really, really want is installation scripts for your applications.

Good idea. I rephrased it a little bit from your suggestion to make it shorter and clearer. Hopefully that helps.
