Why does my N7650 cannot transfer file to my PC? I installed the Bluetooth software succesfully and the pc can send file to my fone but the fone cannot transfer to the pc. Can you give me some views about this.

  Iinstalled succesfully the bluetooth software on my dell inspiron 6400 and my mobile phone samsung sgh e770 can transfer file to the computer, how can i do the opposite?
