I have what may be a really stupid question, but I just switched to a Mac OS X 10.3 PowerBook from Windows and it already had QuickTime installed, so when I download QuickTime 6.5 to try to install QuickTime for Java it won't let me select Custom install (to add the qtjava.zip), it only allows me to 'Upgrade' which doesn't really do anything. I cannot seem to uninstall QuickTime, so I'm not sure how I'm supposed to get the new qtjava.zip onto my machine.

Thanks in advance for any help you could offer,
Sean

Mac OS X already has QuickTime Java. Take a look at /System/Library/Java/Extensions and you should see QTJSupport.jar and QTJava.zip.
