I'd be careful with code snippets. Copy-and-paste coding can be dangerous, and this has the potential to make it even easy to abuse. If you feel you need a snippet, what you probably really need is a method or function.

  Agreed! This is probably the single worst feature I have ever heard of for object oriented languages. You probably should not be using snippets. This code should be bundled up and used in an assembly rather than cutting and pasting. The most likely result of using snippets is, rather than reducing and reusing code, code will be repeated all over the place.
