| Yes, you are correct in assuming the video extraction tips are meant for the first version of Tivo, not the version you have. After reading the reviews of this and other Hack Tivo books at Amazon.com, the DirectTivo systems "scramble" the codes to prevent hackers from hacking the system. | ||
