You can have your .mac account host your email and website(s) using Zone Edit's Email and Web Forwarding (cloaked) features. You can point your www.mydomain.com to your .mac account URL and Zone Edit will cloak and forward the email via DNS.

  I need my .mac account to host my domain email address. You mention Zone Edit's Email and Web Forwarding. Where do I get this from? How do I do it?
