Hi, i decided to develop my next project with xp, and i read some books about it, like Kent Becks "XP Explained" or Kent Becks and Martin Fowlers "Planning XP". It's a shame that all principles aren't work in an open spource project, i.e. pair programming. How can i pair programming with other developers, if we cannot sit side by side?? The problem with the real customer was explained in this article. Are there any other resources to read about xp in open source projects?

If you're on MacOS X, you should try SubEthaEdit (http://www.codingmonkeys.de/subethaedit/) the distributed text editor formerly known as Hydra. -
