An idea I thought of to help build community here is to have a "virtual group meeting" via iChat or IRC. Could it be possible to schedule a time where folks could come and join a chat to discuss a particular topic or article, or just have fun? I read about the various uses of iChat, Rendezvous, and collaborative text editing and such during conferences such as O'Reilly Mac OS X Conference which sounds like great fun, Wouldn't it be great to bring some of that to the community scattered around the world for those of us that can't attend the conference?

Keep up the good work,
Chris Z.

It would be fun. And it's an idea we've tossed around here a couple times. As I think about it some more, seems to me we'd have to set up "meetings" in the different time zones, from Europe to Asia. Do we have any volunteers for facilitators?
