I can certainly see what you're saying. For me dealing with RAW is more of an inconvenience than anything else. When I bought my f100 I spent a great deal of time weighing whether or not to go completely digital. The D100 was still at 2k and it just didn't have the same hand feel of the f100 (coming off an F3HP). Now I'm just waiting (like so many other f mount users) for new nikon.

Yes, for those of you who are Nikon shooters, I'm confident that their answer to Canon's 10D will be a superb one. Given that the D100 is such a good camera already, and that the horse race going on between Canon, Nikon, and Fuji is so competitive, I think things are looking good for digital photographers in 2003.
