i always use company@mydomain.com when filling out web-forms - if they sell the list of addresses, i know who's responsible.

bouncing worked?

Your report that bouncing resulted in a marked decrease in spam really surprises me. Most spammers don't even pay attention to bounces. Didn't you get a lot of re-bounces after your bounced to bogus addresses? I wonder if you were getting a lot of duplicate spam from a single spammer and so got a decrease when that one spammer took you off their list. I'd be interested to hear if others have found bouncing to be effective, because I have always found it to be a waste of time.
