Surely if it can be twisted that Gentoo "promote[s] hate and violence", then it can be equally said that Gentoo is independant to all the political background between different countries? Essentially, we are a community of programmers/hackers/users/etc. of a piece of software. If I display the Union (GB) flag on my desktop/whatever, does that mean that I am against the Irish Republic?
