./in front of the command you can see in your current working directory. In your case that would be./mysqladminplus its parameters, then it should run.You may also want to check, which directories are really searched for executables by typing
printenv PATHI am no unix crack, so I do not know, if it is recomended to add the directory you are talking about permanently to the searchpath...
