How do I send PgUp and PgDn characters to the programs I'm running in Terminal???? If you're going to inhale some of my valuable keystrokes, at least give me some menu options so I can still send the character codes through to the programs which need to use them! Or, even better, allow me to rebind it back to what it should be.
