I really enjoyed the approach and material in this book. It covered VERY advanced topics in a succinct, well organized manner. If you have familiarity with other WEB frameworks, and want an answer to the question "What is Rails?" - this is the book for you! It won't make you a Rails guru overnight, but it will certainly educate you on the use of Rails and the "Rails way" of doing things. |
