"Welcome to the club that no one wants to join." That's one of the greetings we received from an online support group when we began grappling with my husband's diagnosis of leukemia. Barb Lackritz was one of the founders of that support group and was herself a cancer patient. Her book is incredibly tender and sensitive to the issues while being very informative. It gives the answers for all those questions about blood test results and treatment options that you think of after the doctor appointment.
