This is the best book of the year. If you run a major site on mysql this
is your new bible. This book covers what you need to know about
partitioning, scaling, and taking mysql to the fullest.


I was eager to jump the replication sections. Its one of the most complex
topics in mysql and this book was able to break it down.


I have met one of the authors at a php meetup. To be honest, they are the most respected in the industry.


Why couldn't I get this version years ago?
