A great reference for the beginner and the more advanced. I enjoyed the history of VOIP and Asterisk included in the book. The book takes a beginner and gets them up and running and it plants the seed in the more advanced user about more cool things one can do with Asterisk.
The appendices with the command reference, AGI reference, etc were great.
Great Book.
