It tells you to go to javaranch to get help setting up the java environment. This site tells you virtually nothing to help you, whereas a couple more pages in the introduction, or a good help page at javaranch would get you sorted quickly.

Then there's the code examples. By chapter 5 you have been let down again. The first Ready Bake Code example is not at WickedlySmart.com where its supposed to be.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Come on guys. It must take months to put a book like that together and it would take hours to get all the support material up to spec.
