Rating:  This book is a billion years old and still on the shelves. I bought it and then returned it the same afternoon. I read through a chapter or so and thought it was good, but why spend hours trying to work around deficiencies in the rev1 spec when I could start right up with rev2? Crazy. O'Reilly, please update this title! -E
