i dont understand who is the intended audience for this book.
it touches on all the necessary topics but if you are not doing an absolutely plain vanilla installation on a very new computer, you will not find the info you are looking for. (example network admin tool, what is the real name of this tool so i can run it from the command line?).
and if you are doing an absolutely plain vanilla installation on a very new computer you wont need to use this book, so why read it?

i personally am very disappointed this book is in the fine tradition of showing pretty pictures and providing no actual depth of information.

too bad.
