Rating: This is a good book and there aren't any competitive titles that I am aware of. However it falls short of being really useful and practical for me because the book skips some detail and the full source code for the examples isn't available on the web site. WHERE IS THE CODE?! If good quality sample code was available, I'd give this book 5 stars.
