Please issue a SECOND EDITION of this book with:


#1 At minimum, one line examples of each function:


echo $this; echo ("this")


#2 Include all of PHP4 and earlier.


I always enjoy the quick reference guides by O'Reilly, but without the simple examples and a completed list of ALL functions this one has no point?!?!
