My rating is based on the February 2001, first edition. This is a very good book to start with, but ultimately experience is the best teacher. There are quite a few inaccuracies and a lot of information is taken directly from the previous version designed for Windows NT 4.0. Most likely anyone considering this book for studying would be better served waiting for a 2nd edition. |
