Sorry! But, this book could have been better. Yet, it seems that the authors did not spend much time on doing a better job at this. Instead, they followed the NT 4.0 template the other book that have on NT 4.0 MCSE Core exams and just filled in the pages. The information is repeated in every Exam similar to Microsoft Press MCSE books. For example, you won't learn much about IP Security, until you read the section in the designing security in the book. The information, in my opinion, could have been presented much better by the authors. After all, the authors have had access to Win 2K HELP files and Resource Kits.

Come on guys, you know, you could have done better! Take a look the book Windows 2000 administration also by Oreilly! At least Mitch Tulloch spent some time reading the material and wrote his stuff in his own words!!! He worked, I am sure!

I am dissapointed at both the authors and Oreilly for putting out such a low caliber book -:) Is it so hard to write a good book these days???
